>>>>> Ahoy! Take a look at our beautiful festival photos HERE! <<<<<
The festival programme can be found here.
The last summer’s successfully debuted H2Ö festival is arranged this year on July 24th-25th.
ILMIÖ festival heir H2Ö will over again fill the maritime, industrial-romantic dockyard milieu with hard-core representatives of Finnish alternative music and intriguing international underground gems, without any genre restrictions. On top of the diverse music, the old carpentry shop area will be coloured with a vast multi-artistic programme: performances, installations, workshops, street art et cetera will be included.
The festival area is opened on Friday at 3:00 PM and on Saturday at 2:00 PM. Both days’ shenanigans will continue until 2:00 AM. Welcome!
Print quality press photos are available on the Media page.
The festival info and the cloakroom (2e + 1e/visit) are located next to the entrance.
Please note that credit cards may not be accepted at every sales booth; it might be useful to have some cash on you.
Forbidden items on the festival area are drugs, pets, weapons and umbrellas, or any other items or substances that might be seen as dangerous for others. Please note that there will be a security check at the entrance, and that the police will be monitoring drug activity in the area.
Professional cameras are allowed, but we kindly ask you to take photos discretely.
Every single ticket is checked with Tiketti’s ticket reader when entering the area. We advice you to watch out for forged tickets, such tickets will not grant you entrance to the festival area.
The age limit to the festival area is 18 years. Remember to carry an ID with you, you might be asked to prove your age when entering the festival.
During the festival, lost and found items will be taken to the cloakroom, and afterwards to Varsinais-Suomen löytötavaratoimisto (Lost Property Office).
Food & Drink
It is not allowed to bring alcoholic beverages to the festival area. There is a variety of bars on site, selling beer, drinks and other beverages.
There is a wide range of food stalls selling anything from BBQ delicacies to vegan-friendly dishes. You can also bring your own packed lunch to the area, as well as unopened bottles (max 0,5l) of non-alcoholic beverages. Water bottles can be refilled for free at the water stations.
Please note that smoking is only allowed at the marked smoking areas. Tobacco products are not sold at the festival.
The H2Ö festival is arranged in interaction with the sensitive environment of Ruissalo Island. Please note, that in order to avoid littering and other damaging effects of the nearby area, your ticket grants you access to the festival area only once a day. We hope that each and everyone pays attention to their own ecological footprint by putting trash in their designated bins.
Due to environmental issues we don’t hand out any printed programmes, but with the help of schedules scattered in the festival area, the audience can easily stay on track with what’s going on.
