So, it’s been almost 40 years since Kebnekajse visited Finland. What took you so long, Kenny Håkansson?

We all had something else to do, and it took time.

Coincidentally H2Ö is at the other end of the same island as Ruisrock where you played in 1977. Do you have any memories of that festie you want to share with us? Thin Lizzy and Wigwam were on the bill too.

I am sorry, I remember nothing. Must have been something in my tea.

The band didn’t exist for two decades. How’s the 21th century treated you?

Good so far. We have been received with love and respect, a bit more than we expected.

When was the last time you saw the mountain Kebnekajse with your own eyes? Have you ever climbed on to it’s peak?

It was not too long ago, five or six years. You can see it from Kiruna. And Kiruna is host for a music festival in end of June since some years back.

What are your thoughts on selfie sticks?
